Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God.

When Hope For Renewal was just beginning, Pastor Gary heard someone say, “No matter if you get a building or not, never forget to go to the streets.” Outreach has been a fundamental part of Hope For Renewal ever since. Our Outreach Ministry goes to those who aren't likely to come to us, like Jesus and the woman at the well. Whether we're at the local playground or providing Thanksgiving meal kits, or anything in between, our goal is simple: go to the streets.

Glenwood Grounds serves as the outreach center for Hope For Renewal’s worshipping community. Similar to the tables Jesus sat at, our tables are open for everyone, of all backgrounds and lifestyles. The Cafe is known for its peaceful atmosphere, as a place where everyone is dignified and honored, and we choose to face life with a “worry about it together” attitude. Walk into the Cafe and it’ll feel like anything from a sweet and peaceful day at home to a lively family reunion.
